Privacy and Policies

Information Collection and Resume Completion:

Resume Profile will email a completed resume by the end of the following day (12:00 a.m. / Midnight PST) after receiving all of the information required to complete the resume, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. We will acknowledge receipt of the information requested by email. When the information required to complete the resume is supplied after 5:00 p.m. PST, it will be considered received the following day.

Nearly all of the information required to complete the resume needs to be written or typed and sent by email. We enjoy speaking to our customers at anytime before or during the process, however, it is not possible to accurately and reasonably dictate over the phone all of the information needed to complete the resume.

Customers are welcome to send more information verbally or in writing anytime after the initial information gathering, but it may delay the completion of the resume by up to 24 hours from the time the additional information was received since the planning and development of the resume will have begun.

The final resume copies will be delivered in the form of a Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF documents. If a cover letter and thank you letter is involved, these documents will be delivered in the form of a Microsoft Word document only. Cover letters are completed after the completion of the resume itself. We make sure the information is accurate in the resume as it is used to help build the cover letter.

Due to scheduling, when a Resume Profile customer provides the information needed to complete the resume after 72 hours (Monday through Friday) from the initial purchase date, the resume will be completed within 48 hours instead of the next day promise.

Resume Updates:

Upon completion of the resume writing services, signified by accepting your completed / final resume copies, Resume Profile will update your resume only in the event of a job change or new education only. You must provide complete details including job title, employer, city and state, dates, and a complete description of your new job, or complete information regarding education including course, certificate, or degree name, school, city and state, and dates.  Only the information you provide will be included, and we will not contact you to seek additional details not provided. This information must be sent to contact @ resumeprofile.com only. We will provide the updated resume within 48 hours from the time the information was received and no additional changes will be made. Phone calls pertaining to resume updates will not be accepted or returned, and emails seeking information or asking questions about resume updates will not be replied to. Resume Profile customers prior to April 1, 2011 do not qualify for resume updates as this program was not in effect.

Customer Reviews and Feeback:

Resume Profile on occcasion posts customer feedback, client reviews, comments, and testimonials to our website. By using this service you are agreeing to allow Resume Profile to post your comments and feedback on this site. No complete names will be used in the review.

Website Data Collection:

We do not collect domain name and/or IP addresses, browsing behavior, and/or other information regarding what pages are accessed. We do not utilized cookies or other means of tracking browsing behavior.

Services and products offered:

You may choose to provide us with personal information in order to access certain services or to correspond with us regarding products or services we offer. Should you utilize any of our services or products, we will not disclose any personally identifiable information to any third party, nor will we sell any such information.

Other Sites:

Our site may contain links to other Web sites. We do not review the privacy practices of these other sites and recommend that you review their privacy policies before sharing your personal information. Should you utilize an external company, product or service offered through this web site, you will not hold our company responsible or liable for any resulting use.

Changes to Our Policies and Privacy Policy:

Our privacy policy may change from time to time to reflect new or improved site functionality or changing customer requirements. We will notify you of all such changes by updating these pages on our Web site.
