Resume Service Policies and Privacy

Information Gathering and Resume Completion:

Resume Profile will email a completed resume by the end of the following day (12:00 a.m. / Midnight PST) after receiving all of the information required to complete the resume, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. We will acknowledge receipt of the information requested by email. When the information required to complete the resume is supplied after 4:00 p.m., it will be considered received the following day.

Due to scheduling, when a Resume Profile customer provides the information needed to complete the resume after 48 hours (Sunday through Saturday) from the initial purchase date and time, the resume will be completed within 72 hours instead of the next day promise.

Nearly all of the information required to complete the resume needs to be written or typed and sent by email. We enjoy speaking to our customers at anytime before or during the process, however, it is not possible to accurately and reasonably dictate over the phone all of the information needed to complete the resume.

Customers are welcome to send more information in writing anytime after the initial information gathering, but it may delay the completion of the resume by up to 24 hours from the time the information was received since the development of the resume will have begun.

The final resume copies will be delivered in the form of a Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF documents. If a cover letter and thank you letter is involved, these documents will be delivered in the form of a Microsoft Word document only. Cover letters are completed after the completion of the resume itself. We make sure the information is accurate in the resume as it is used to help build the cover letter.

If after emailing a completed resume and cover letter to a customer, and no feedback or changes are received within 10 days, the resume is considered accepted and the resume service completed.

Resume Profile only retains customer's resumes for 90 days.

Customer Reviews and Feedback:

Resume Profile on occasion posts customer feedback, client reviews, comments, and testimonials to our website. By using this service you are agreeing to allow Resume Profile to post your comments and feedback on this site. No complete names will be used in the review.

Federal / Government Resumes:

Resume Profile does not customize resumes to apply for government jobs. All resumes are constructed based on how hiring managers, human resources, and recruiters in the private sector review and assess resumes and candidates. Current government employees should not expect all of the jobs they have had within government to be included unless there is a strategic reason for doing so. Specific federal or other government formatting and content including salary, pay grade, supervisors, SS#, references, etc. will not be included.

Services and Products offered:

You may choose to provide us with personal information in order to access certain services or to correspond with us regarding products or services we offer. Should you utilize any of our services or products, we will not disclose any personally identifiable information to any third party, nor will we sell any such information.

Resume Updates:

Upon completion of the resume writing service, signified by receiving your final / completed resume copies by email, the resume service is considered complete. We do not have an ongoing resume update policy.

Resume Guarantee:

Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed or we will completely rewrite your resume for free. We do not refund resume service payments due to the several hours required to construct a professional resume presentation. We have never been asked for a refund.

Right to Decline:

Resume Profile reserves the right to decline / refuse resume writing projects for any reason.
